Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you play Tower Defence Classic on iPhone or iPad or contact player support.
Who is responsible
Aleksandr Driantsov is the developer of Tower Defence Classic and is responsible for personal information handled by the developer as described in this policy.
For privacy questions or requests, email b3zn0gim@gmail.com.
Information stored by the game
You do not need to create a game account. The game stores progress, mission results, mastery upgrades, saved matches, preferences, and the status of purchased features on your device. This information enables saved progress and the features you choose.
The game does not upload this gameplay information to a developer-operated server. Your device’s backup settings may allow Apple to include app data in device backups.
In-app purchases
Purchases and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. The game receives the purchase result and product information needed to unlock a feature and stores its ownership status locally. I do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password.
Apple processes payment, account, and related service information under its own Privacy Policy. Apple may also process diagnostics and share reports with developers according to your Apple settings and the service you use, including TestFlight.
Advertising and tracking
The version covered by this policy does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK. The game does not use an advertising identifier or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. I do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When you contact support
If you email me, I receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your message, device details, screenshots, or recordings. I use that information to respond, investigate problems, and improve the game.
I use Gmail, provided by Google, to deliver and store support correspondence. Google processes information under its Privacy Policy. I may also disclose information where required by law. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other information that is unnecessary for your request.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you remove it. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local app data; copies in device backups are managed separately through your Apple settings. Purchase records held by Apple are subject to Apple’s policies.
I retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request, handle related follow-up, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact me to request deletion of correspondence I hold.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. Contact me to make a request. I may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Where a legal basis is required, I use information to provide requested services, pursue legitimate interests in responding to support requests and maintaining the game, or comply with legal obligations, as applicable.
Children’s privacy
The game does not request a date of birth or require players to provide personal information to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support that should be removed, please contact me.
Changes to this policy
I will update this page when my privacy practices change and provide additional notice where required. The effective date will identify the current policy.
Effective date: September 12, 2026.
